1. Scope and changes

This privacy policy applies to our website, Unity-based mobile applications, web-based apps republished by third parties, third-party-hosted apps distributed on our behalf, and resume or job submissions on any careers pages we operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through email or an in-app message.

2. Information collection

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating-system version, mobile network, country, and identifiers such as IDFA or AAID.
  • Usage information: browser type, access time, pages or screens viewed, gameplay activity, interactions, IP address, and referring URL.

Information collected by third-party SDKs

Services embedded in our apps may collect information on their own behalf. The current policy identifies the following providers:

  • Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads: advertising identifiers, IP address, crash logs, and ad-interaction events.
  • Google Firebase Analytics: device identifiers, event logs, and in-app purchase events.
  • Tenjin: advertising identifiers and install or referral attribution data.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): advertising identifiers, ad requests, impressions, and clicks.
  • InMobi CMP: consent preferences stored through cookies or local storage.

For details, review the providers’ policies: Unity, Firebase, Tenjin, Google, and InMobi.

Information provided with permission

An app may request permission to access information such as an email address or device capability. We collect this information only after an explicit opt-in or device permission.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, SDK-level identifiers, web beacons, and similar technologies to enable functionality, understand app usage, measure advertising, and remember consent preferences.

Where available, consent can be managed through an app’s privacy settings or through the privacy controls provided by the operating system.

4. How information is used

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Deliver purchases, confirmations, and invoices where applicable.
  • Send technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
  • Respond to support requests, comments, and inquiries.
  • Monitor usage and trends for analytics.
  • Personalize content, advertising, and app features.
  • Process contest entries or rewards when offered.
  • Combine information with third-party data to improve a service.

5. Sharing of information

Information may be shared with service providers supporting advertising, analytics, hosting, and app delivery; when required by law; to protect rights, property, or safety; as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; with your consent; or in aggregated or de-identified form.

6. Data retention and deletion

The current policy states that analytics and advertising data may be retained for up to 12 months and that consent records may be kept while an app is in use.

To request deletion of information associated with a CrazyFox Studio service, email info@crazyfoxstudios.com with “Data Deletion” in the subject line. Include the release name and enough information for us to identify the request without sending unnecessary personal data.

7. Security and encryption

Data sent between an app and server endpoints is transmitted using HTTPS or TLS where supported. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

Notifications

Push notifications can be disabled through your device’s notification settings.

Advertising and analytics

  • Manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings.
  • On iOS, use the App Tracking Transparency and analytics controls under Privacy settings.
  • On Android, use the advertising controls available through Google settings.

InMobi consent

When an app provides a privacy or consent control, open that control to relaunch the consent interface and adjust or withdraw consent choices.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information was collected from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion.

10. Third-party analytics and advertising services

Some apps may use third-party services with their own privacy practices. Additional provider information is available from GameAnalytics, GadsMe, Vungle, and Unity.
