Terms of service

The terms that govern use of the CrazyFox Studio website and its mobile releases.

1. Agreement to terms

These terms and our Privacy Policy govern your use of the CrazyFox Studio website and our mobile releases, collectively referred to as the “Services.” By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Important: These terms include an arbitration agreement below. Except for eligible small-claims or consumer-protection matters, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

2. Changes to terms or services

We may modify these terms from time to time by posting an updated version or providing notice through a Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service as permitted by law.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 16 years old, or the applicable age of majority where you live, to use the Services. If you are below the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

When a Service provides an account, you are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity occurring through the account. Notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected in connection with the Services.

5. Content

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to a Service, you grant CrazyFox Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Our content

CrazyFox Studio and its licensors own the rights in the software, text, graphics, and other material provided through the Services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that material for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

6. Apps and app-store terms

Subject to these terms, you may download and install a CrazyFox Studio release for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit a release except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Apple App Store

Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s terms. Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of provisions applicable to an iOS application and is not responsible for CrazyFox Studio content or support.

Google Play

Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s policies and account controls.

7. Billing and subscriptions

When a Service offers digital goods or subscriptions, payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled through the store or payment provider used for the transaction. Review the applicable provider’s terms before purchasing.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use a Service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with a Service except where law permits.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information about other users.
  • Bypass security controls or disrupt another person’s access.
  • Use Service content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Encourage another person to engage in prohibited conduct.

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

10. Third-party websites and services

A Service may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. CrazyFox Studio does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

11. Export control

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to applicable trade restrictions and are not listed on an applicable government prohibited-party list.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a Service when permitted by law, including when these terms are violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Warranty disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CRAZYFOX STUDIO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CrazyFox Studio harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAZYFOX STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WHERE A MONETARY LIMIT IS PERMITTED, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS OR US $20, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

16. Time limitation on claims

Where permitted by law, a claim relating to the Services must be brought within one year after it arose. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

17. Governing law and venue

The current terms designate California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

18. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Before filing a formal claim, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally. Except for eligible small-claims and mandatory consumer-protection matters, you and CrazyFox Studio agree to resolve disputes through final, binding arbitration under applicable AAA rules.

19. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

20. Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and CrazyFox Studio concerning the Services and supersede prior understandings about the same subject.
